In the last few months of 2002, when I was still able to offer printed copies of the poster, requests skyrocketed! I mailed posters to 49 states, along with Guam, American Samoa, Puerto Rico, and the District of Columbia. No Hawaii. The map below is of the posters I've sent in the US from September to March (I decided to stop plotting them on the map after I got requests from all the contiguous states.)
